We pick some cats, some cats pick us. Then there are the cats our daughters pick! :)

Nightpool is a girl of our breeding who singled out our youngest daughter, Mandy, and proceeded to claim her as her own. She is otherwise a cat of discriminating taste and highly independant.

Juliet is a Coonpanion girl through and through - one of our own breedings (Louie and Highlander). A gentle soul, she has a sweet and loving personality and truely loves being with her people.

She was adopted by our younger daughter while she was little more that a ball of fur. She is also a very unusual color, a 'reverse-torbie', meaning she carries more red in her coat than brown.

Sometimes you find the perfect cat, and sometimes the cat finds you. Dark Angel (Max) came into our lives very suddenly, when we were delivering a girl to some very dear friends of ours, Terry and Cindy Stelmaschuk of AnTarCin. We scheduled the delivery to coincide with the Calgary Cat show, and over the weekend our daughter Jaime started playing with a little brown girl the Stelmaschuks where showing. By the end of the Saturday it was obvious that the girl and the kitten were inseparable. By the end of Sunday, we had worked out a plan in which we left with as many cats as we came with! :)

Max has a sweet personality towards her people, and a no-nonsense attitude towards the rest of the cattery! While she is smaller than most of the rest of the cats, she does not put up with any of the 'pecking order' nonsense that some of the other cats think they can impose. She is a scrapper when necessary, and a love the rest of the time. She is also now the resident 'Brown Classic Tabby', replacing Roxanne in our breeding program.

Sabrina is from our August 2000 litter (S: QGC Luvpaws Vincent Vega D: CH Quasarcats Silvana of Coonpanion) and is a beautiful Silver Torbie. Unlike certain *other* torbies, who will remain un-named (her mother), she has a sweet personality with very little in the way of 'torbie-tude'. :)

Sabrina has been retired from our breeding program.

'Annie' comes to us from the Don and Carol McGannon of Quasarcats. She is a direct decendant of Tex, which is what attracted her to us at first, but she has since won Pam over completely.
